This day Chuck was shot down by Uffz. Irmfred Klotz from JG 2 flying a Fw 190 A. Chuck manage to bail out an then followed a escape to "neutral" Spain and and then Gibraltar and finally he was back to England. Its interesing to note that there is no reference to the pilot Klotz or for that matter this downing in any of the JG 2 files. Note the misspelling of Glamorous.
