Hi Claes,
The second volume of your "Profiles
of German Tanks" series came in this week and I'm happy
to add another informative and interesting reference source to
my library.
As I'm primarily a aviation enthusiast
with a strong interest in AFV's, I particularly enjoy all the
back ground information to these military vehicles. The detailed
information on each profile is also a great help as I learn more
about the vehicles, their uses and impacts.
I'm fascinated by Profile No 7, "Black
8" of the 10th Panzer Division. The style of the number
8 is like a more modern LED display, I had no idea this style
was used. I definitely have to research this machine.
Thanks for another great book.
Regards
Martin Reid/Australia

Dear Claes
You new book, Panzer book II, arrived two days ago, as usually
excellent service from your side, and really the quality of the
work is impressive, improving the details, the overall aspect
and the drawing technique in each new profile book. In addition
the comments included for each profile are really very helpful
and a bonus for these books. Please more aircraft or tank books.
Best regards and as usually waiting for next one
Jose Luis Fauste/Spain
Claes,
Many thanks for both your books on the
German combat vehicles. The book's cover and layout is like the
flight profile books very professionally made, and really brings
to the reading.
The introduction of the German armored troop development with
its various combat vehicles is interesting and provides a great
start to the book. The comparative diagram between the King Tiger
and Leopard II, who gave an eye-opener about the vehicle similarities
in size in the first armor-profile book, is now being followed
up with a good educational comparison of vehicles for height
and size differences.
The tank profiles are of a very high class, very well-made, realistic
and well documented. I really appreciate the informative facts
texts of combat vehicles and troops serving in the different
stages of World War II. Howevewer I would like to see more comments
about what colors you determine that the Panzers were painted,
depending on what stage of the war and the battle scene as the
carriages appeared in.
Finally, I am very pleased and impressed
with your second Panzer-profile book, I look forward to the continuation!

Hi Claes,

office, Thanks for this second magnificent book of German tanks,
And i hope that more following in this serie of German tanks.
Its now waiting for your next book the luftwaffe night fighters.
Cheers,
Toni Schifano/Belgium
Hi Claes
Thanks for the fantastic book that came the other day.
A new fantastic book with a very good mix of profiles. Apart
from that the profiles are wonderful
I like your information in the book's beginning, which provides
additional useful information on the topic. The nice size comparison
with "a young man", together with a Pz III and Jagdtiger
not to forget. All readers may not have had the opportunity to
stand next to one of these tanks and understand the actual size.
And once again will commend your pages with not only the profile
picture itself, but also the top of each page with the current
profile camouflage and colors - very thoughtful and incisive.
Moreover dressing character for each carriage and design. Once
again - a very good mix of panzers, nice to see the Pz III and
IV and the different panzerjägers.
The only thing I miss (and which I hope will your next book)
are my favorites with late Panters and
Tiger II: or from the end of war and the fighting around Seelow
Berlin. I know that there are so many pictures from this time,
but hope nonetheless.
Once again - thanks for a fantastic book, as well as the first
one which give me great pleasure browsed in each and every night.
Best regards
Jan Carlsson/Sweden
Yes! Your book arrived just today!
As usual this is an exceptional work. Profils are very accurate
and caption really interesting!
For the non specialist of the Panzerwaffe that I am, this book
is a real pleasure for the eyes.
A special mention should be made for the short introduction who
is especially interesting.
Thanks for your excellent book.
Best regards,
Nikollag Antoine/Switzerland
Hi Claes!
The book was delivered today in perfect
condition. Thanks for the quick delivery!
The 64 armor profiles you have chosen are perfectly executed
as usual, what more could one want!
In my opinion you also made the right choice to emphasis on the
later versions of the the various armor models included.
I especially like that the profiles look
"used" and look like they have been through a lot.
dirt, paint flakes, touch-up paint, things that had fallen away
(sometimes replaced). All this gives a good impression of the
profiles.
I also enjoy the longer "Profile
texts" and I find them very informative and well written.
I'm looking forward to your new book
- Luftwaffe Night Fighters!
